Police working to identify male
A man has been found dead in the west of the Island.
Police say a body was 'washed up' on a remote coastal beach south of Niarbyl, where it was discovered by members of the public shortly after 9pm last night (Mon).
The man's identity is not currently known - officers are now conducting relevant enquiries, and a post-mortem will take place later this week.
The Constabulary has confirmed that the deceased is not Josh Caley, the local man who disappeared earlier this year.
Manx Radio will provide further updates as information becomes available.
