Due to open for screenings next month
The new breast care unit at Noble's Hospital is almost ready to welcome its first patients.
An appeal launched just over two years ago has raised more than £1.5 million to build and equip a dedicated, state-of-the-art facility.
It will bring breast screening, surgeries and treatment under one roof, and offer a greater range of therapies on-Island than in the past.
The unit is now being furnished and equipment installed.
Its due to open for screening clinics at the start of February.
