Heron & Brearley keen to convert office space into apartments
Heron & Brearley wants to convert office space above one of its Douglas pubs into apartments.
The brewery is seeking planning permission to build four one-bedroom flats on the first and second floor of the Prospect Hotel.
The floors were converted into office space in the 1990s, but the planning application states the offices have been vacant for several years, with little interest from new tenants.
The plans include no alterations to the outside of the existing building.
