Howard Quayle gives evidence to committee
The head of the Manx government will appear before a scrutiny arm of Tynwald today (19 March) to answer questions on Brexit.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle along with chief secretary Will Greenhow and Della Fletcher, the director of external relations, will give oral evidence to a committee.
The session takes place at 11am in the Legislative Council Chamber in Douglas, with the public welcome to attend.
Mr Quayle insists government is preparing legislation ahead of Brexit to ensure the Island is fully compliant with World Trade Organisation rules and regulations.
He says efforts are being made to plan for a situation which is far from clear.
