Work ongoing to ensure Manx given fair deal
Better controlled fisheries, and financial opportunities in Manx territorial waters.
Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister, Geoffrey Boot, says an exit means more money for the industry as the UK places restrictions on EU operators, who currently have access rights to British catch.
The Minister and his director of Fisheries insist work is ongoing to ensure Westminster gives the Manx industry a fair deal.
The deadline for ending talks on UK Brexit terms is the 29th March, 2019.
