Good first month for northern branch
A new venture in Ramsey is celebrating a successful first month of business.
The owners of the Bridge Bookshop in Port Erin filled a gap in the market left in the north by the closure of St Paul's Bookshop in October.
Managing to double their efforts without hiring any extra staff, owners the Pickard family admit it's been a very busy festive period.
But Ramsey store manager Harry Pickard says it's nice to have a presence on an improving town high street:
