Hebridean Sky hosts 50,000th Manx cruise visitor
There'll be a special celebration aboard the latest cruise ship to visit the Isle of Man today (12 June).
The Hebridean Sky is carrying the 50,000th cruise visitor to Manx shores since 2005 - and its arrival will be saluted as a landmark moment in the growth of the sector.
A bottle of champagne and personalised certificate will be presented to tour director, Joanne Taylor, by Department of Economic Development political member, Rob Callister.
The ship is on charter to Australian tour operator Captain's Choice - and each passenger will be given a certificate.
