Clocks go forward at 1am
British Summer Time will begin this weekend.
Clocks will go forward at 1am tomorrow (Sunday, 31 March).
It means there will be more daylight in the evenings and less in the mornings.
BST starts on the last Sunday in March – the clocks will then go back one hour on the last Sunday in October.
