Major Douglas link undergoes refurbishment works
A busy Douglas road closes today, for nearly four months.
Broadway, a link to the capital's promenade, is due to undergo works until September.
It's part of the Douglas Promenade refurbishment scheme, and the road will be shut between its junctions with Harris Promenade and Derby Road.
It's scheduled to reopen on the 8 September, or until work on this phase of the scheme is completed.
Access to properties will be maintained - and alternative routes will be available via Derby Road, Glen Falcon Road and Woodbourne Road.
