Government acted to ease isolation says Howard Quayle
The chief minister has apologised for confusion over the introduction of support bubbles saying it was ‘rushed, not right’.
Howard Quayle admitted he should have waited until guidance was compiled before announcing that people who live alone, and single parents, could team up with another household.
Legal directions are being amended to allow people to car share, and exercise outdoors, with those in their bubble.
He says the main objective is to ease isolation:
