Panel looking at Tynwald's role in the budget process
A group of politicians tasked with reviewing Tynwald's role in the budget is seeking evidence.
The Select Committee on the Role of the Legislature in the Budget Process was set up in December to look at the effectively of the current system, the role Tynwald members play and timeframes for reviewing the budget.
The panel is now inviting written submissions from members of the public, businesses, bodies and groups who'd like to comment on the process.
Submission can be sent to the Clerk of Tynwald's Office by noon on Friday 30 May, or emailed to committees@tynwald.org.im.
