Onchan MHK concerned about public sector spend

An MHK has questioned the substance of the latest Manx budget and warns spending in the public sector is out of control.
Onchan member Julie Edge voted against Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan's financial plan in Tynwald last week, along with three other members.
Speaking on Mandate this morning (27 Feb) she says spending must be reigned in government is going to live within its means:
