Watterson only member to vote against
The Speaker of the House of Keys says the budget setting process is anti-democratic.
Juan Watterson was the only Tynwald member to vote against the treasury minister's financial plan today (16 Feb).
He's complained there's not enough time for the public and politicians to give the budget proper scrutiny before it's voted on:
