Cannan reacts to publication of Sir Jonathan Michael report
The treasury minister insists it is possible to change the way the budget is put together for the Department of Health and Social Care.
One of the 26 recommendations made in Sir Jonathan Michael's report into the Isle of Man Health and Social Care system is for the DHSC to receive predictive figures for a three to five year period, rather than an annual budget.
The review warns the health service is facing a £156 million funding gap if effective changes aren't made.
