Public transport's busiest festival for years
The Department of Infrastructure says TT visitors spent £427,000 on buses and trains this year.
Isle of Man Transport has revealed it carried well over 217,000 people during the festival fortnight – its busiest period for several years.
And the new Go smart card tickets also proved popular, with 5,000 sold over the two weeks as well as many advance sales online.
