The Island's bus drivers are going on strike just before Christmas, their union Unite has confirmed to Manx Radio.
Unite National Officer For Passenger Transport Bobby Morton says an 'overwhelming majority' of drivers voted in favour of strike action.
They're to stop work on December 20, 21 and 22.
Mr Morton says if no agreement has been reached by then there is the possibility of further action taking place.
