Timetables will remain
A public transport hub in Port Erin is moving from next week.
Bus Vannin has announced the main bus stop in the town is moving from Bridson Street to Station Road, following the completion of regeneration works there.
As of tomorrow (12 June), all buses serving Port Erin will use the new spot.
An extra stop is also being added along Bay View Road, adjoining Nelson Street.
Director of Transport Services Ian Longworth called it a 'small change' which will make journeys 'that little bit smoother' - and the new bus stop is 'just a stone's throw from all that Port Erin has to offer'.
There will be no additional changes to timetables.
