The changes come into effect from 6 January
Bus Vannin has announced that school bus cards SCH 1 and SCH 2 will be valid until 5.30pm starting Monday, 6 January.
The decision to extend the validity by an additional 30 minutes follows a review of the impact of changes introduced in October and further discussions with the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.
Students aged up to 19 years can continue to use a pre-paid Go School card to travel between their home and Isle of Man Government-run schools and colleges for 50p per journey.
However, any travel after 5.30pm will require students to pay the standard half-fare.
Passengers can use findmybus.im to track their bus in real time and check arrival times.
