Enterprise minister enthused by results
The enterprise minister says there's cause for optimism in the Manx economy, following the results of the Island's latest business confidence survey.
Released by the Cabinet Office this week, the survey suggests construction is the sector with the highest confidence levels at the minute - something Laurence Skelly is enthused by:
At the other end of the spectrum, the least confident sector is Financial Services.
The minister says that highlights an industry that's "in transition."
Mr Skelly confirmed "it has been and still remains the backbone of our economy."
