Businesses on the Island are being encouraged to consider taking on an apprentice.
Today (10 February) marks the start of National Apprenticeship Week.
University College Isle of Man is marking the occasion by hosting an event on Thursday which will see industry experts share their experiences of the benefits of apprenticeship schemes.

The free ‘Fuelling Business Growth Through Apprenticeship’ event, on 13 February, is a collaboration involving Skills Isle of Man, UCM and the departments of education, sport and culture and enterprise.
