Over 90 more sold compared to August figures
The Island's property market recorded a significant upturn in the number of completed transactions in September compared to the month before.
Information collated by the propertyprices.im website shows 217 properties were sold - 93 more than in August.
The total sum for transactions in September topped £77 million compared with £40 million in August.
The average sale price per unit was also higher in September at £355,761 - significantly up on the previous month's £323,360.
The figures are compiled from transactions for properties priced at between £100,000 and £1 million and are extracted from data at the Isle of Man Land Registry.
