September 10th date for Peel and Glenfaba
It’s been confirmed two Island constituencies will go to the polls in September if enough people come forward to contest a by-election.
Peel and Glenfaba need new Members of the House of Keys after both areas’ constituency MHKs, Tim Crookall and David Anderson, were elevated to the Legislative Council.
Anybody wishing to stand has until Monday, August 10 to return forms to the relevant authorities.
And if there are enough candidates for a contest, both constituencies will go to the polls on Thursday, September 10.
