Politicians publish 15 point plan
A new report says a clear 'rulebook' for House of Keys candidates should be produced by the Manx authorities before the Island next goes to the polls in 2020.
The Tynwald comittee set up to investigate looked in detail at concerns surrounding the 2016 general election - including counting errors, an unauthorised early declaration and incomplete electoral registers.
The report outlines 15 recommendations, including a call for 'layman's guidance' on the complex laws that apply on election day.
It will be considered by Tynwald next week.
