Local historian's video highlights abandoned projects
There are calls for developers to be financially bound to making sure works are completed once they're begun.
The call comes from Charles Guard, a local historian whose latest video 'Welcome Back to the Isle of Man' showcases abandoned building sites around Douglas.
Those include the empty Lord Street and Villiers Square sites as well as the Duke Street flat development - which has remained a skeleton of metalwork since 2020.
Mr Guard says action needs to be taken to ensure unfinished works can be resolved:
