Protestor issues plea
There's a call for government to act more quickly on utility bills.
A special committee tasked with reviewing a profit-cap agreement with Manx Gas is due to deliver conclusions in December this year.
It was assembled by the Chief Minister following protests against the firm's pricing system last year.
Barry Murphy, who organised the demonstrations, has thanked the committee for its work - but believes it could be completed faster to save bill payers another expensive winter.
He says progress on the matter rests solely with government:
