Union attempts to rally support
A body representing half a million nurses in Britain claims morale is at a low in the profession.
The Royal College of Nursing has sent senior officials to the Isle of Man this week to observe staff and negotiate with health officials, as well as leading a conference on minimising stress at Noble's Hospital.
It's trying to mobilise support as a government review of healthcare funding continues.
