Court rules in Roy Tilleard's favour
The owner of Callow’s Yard says he remains committed to making the complex a success.
A court recently ruled in Roy Tilleard’s favour and said the decision to turn down plans to convert commercial premises into residential accommodation at the site was ‘unlawful'.
Mr Tilleard says common sense has prevailed but insists he still wants to develop the retail side of the facility.
