Green Party leader urges action to bring down carbon emmissions
There's a call from the Island's Green Party for government to fit solar panels on public housing to reduce carbon emmissions.
It's after an attempt to bring forward the 2050 target, to reach net zero emmissions, to 2035 fell down in Tynwald.
