Tynwald Day petitioner says it's not currently fit for purpose
How Manx Care is structured should be completely reformed according to a Tynwald Day petitioner.
Simon Mann, from Ramsey, submitted a Petition for Redress of Grievance on the issue on the Isle of Man's national day.
Manx Care was established, in April last year, to run day-to-day operations leaving the Department of Health and Social Care to deal with policy and strategy.
But Mr Mann says the way it's set up is restricting it from being able to perform well:
