Follows announcement of future price rise
A campaigner for consumer rights on the Island is calling for Manx Utilities to be regulated in the same way as Isle of Man Energy.
The Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority undertakes periodic reviews of Isle of Man Energy to ensure customers are being offered a fair price for gas.
Manx Utilities announced yesterday that prices would be increase by more than 50 per cent between now and July.
