Union says it's not practical to always have one available
A Douglas woman is calling for more wheelchair-friendly taxis to be available on the Island.
Blanche Callister from Pulrose is 85 and struggles with her mobility:

He says there are 22 licences on-Island for wheelchair taxis, but it's not practical to always have one available:
