Marking the 100th anniversary of the Armistice
Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson is renewing calls for a new permanent national war memorial in the Isle of Man.
He will bring the matter to Tynwald when it sits tomorrow (Tuesday).
Members will be asked to support the forming of a new committee to devise plans for 2018 - the 100th anniversary of Armistice.
Mr Watterson placed a wreath at St John's on behalf of cadets during last week's Rememberance Sunday service.
