Scaffolding shouldn't affect view
The Great Union Camera Obscura opens for the summer season today.
The building is currently surrounded by scaffolding to allow for exterior painting.
However, the Victorian Society, whose volunteers run the attraction, says the scaffolding shouldn't affect the unique views to be enjoyed in the obscura.
The Camera Obscura is open to the public today, from 1pm to 4pm, then on Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday from 11am to 4pm.
It's hoped the scaffolding can be removed shortly.
