Petition submitted on Tynwald Day
Government needs to look at why parents are hiring private tutors for their children.
That's the view of education campaigner David Watts - he submitted a petition on the subject at Tynwald Day.
Mr Watts wants to see a committee examine the issue.
He believes there could be several reasons why some students need extra support:
