Beach Buddies founder says facilities should be able to operate during lockdown
The founder of a charity that works to remove litter for the Island's coastline is questioning the decision to close amenity sites during lockdown.
Bill Dale's comments following a fly-tipping incident at Eary Cushlin.
The head of Beach Buddies Isle of Man says lockdowns have led to a rise in fly-tipping and littering.
He believes keeping the amenity sites shut could be linked to this, but doesn't understand why they can't operate during this period:
