Courtenay Heading says Covid-19 doesn't exist
A local activist says he's launched legal proceedings after claiming Covid-19 doesn't exist.
Courtenay Heading addressed a crowd of around 60 - 70 people outside the Isle of Man Courts of Justice this morning.
He believes no virus has been isolated uniquely from the saliva or blood of men, women or animals.
He also claims there is no reliable evidence on which to base a test for Covid-19.
Government figures show 38 people have died from the virus on the Island - something Mr Heading disputes:
An Isle of Man Government spokesman said 'we are aware of the protest this morning. We see no need to comment on the baseless assertion made by the organisers.'
