The Island's addiction support charity is challenging you to a "dry January".
It means 31 days without an alcoholic drink, and Motiv8 hopes it will help people to think about their alcohol intake.
Dry January is an Alcohol Concern initiative and charity Motiv8 hope workplaces will sign-up and colleagues support one another.
