NASUWT hasn't agreed to latest DESC offer
The treasury minister says its disappointing and frustrating the Island's largest teaching union hasn't accepted a new pay offer.
Other unions backed the deal to end the dispute over an historic pay award, but the NASUWT hasn't agreed.
Representatives claim its issue is with long-term pay erosion and increased workload, and action short of strike will continue.
