Chief Minister considering new legislation to stop 'work to rule'
Strike action by some teachers on the Isle of Man has been described as ‘unjustified’ and ‘completely unreasonable’.
That’s the view of the chief minister who says government simply can’t afford the pay demands made by the NASUWT – The Teachers’ Union.
Members of the union are preparing to take industrial action again on 11 and 12 January after rejecting a deal from the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.
