
A leading tax expert in the Isle of Man says proposed changes to the UK's capital gains tax are something of a surprise, and will affect some people in the Isle of Man.
Chancellor George Osborne announced it in his autumn statement.
Subject to consultation, foreign property owners will have to pay tax on any gains in value on UK properties they own when they sell them.
