Alleged faults included an engine oil leak and a handbrake issue
A car dealership on the Isle of Man has appeared in court accused of selling an unroadworthy vehicle.
It's alleged Mannin Motors Limited sold a red Hyundai i10 with faults on 9 December 2024.
These included an engine oil leak and an issue with its handbrake.
The company denied the charge; a pre-trial review will take place on 21 August.
