Officers carrying out roadworthiness checks
Operation Uplift is back underway with officers carrying out checks to ensure vehicles are of a safe standard.
Of the 38 vehicles pulled over, one was seized for being unroadworthy and one was found to have expired tax.
Officers are checking for any defects such as with tyres, lights, or brakes.
They are also on the lookout for anyone drink and drug driving, speeding, not wearing a seatbelt, driving whilst using a mobile phone, or driving without a licence, insurance, or tax.
