Fifty-nine-year-old was accused of threatening a witness
A Colby man accused of intimidating a witness has had the case against him dropped.
Fifty-nine-year-old Jonathan Philip Sless of Cronk Cullyn was due to appear before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
But prosecution advocate James Robinson told the court Sless had left the Isle of Man and was now living in Israel.
Mr Robinson said it was no longer in the public interest to continue the proceedings, and Mrs Hughes marked the allegation withdrawn.
