Infrastructure minister seeking backing from Treasury
A design for restoring the horse tram tracks from the War Memorial to the Sea Terminal is due to be considered by Treasury.
If support is given, Tynwald members will then be asked if they'll give the project the go-ahead.
Tynwald originally voted in favour of the track in 2017, but the money was used elsewhere on the promenade scheme.
In Tynwald questions, Infrastructure Minister Michelle Haywood was asked for a progress report:
