Change to come in on Thursday
Bus Vannin is continuing to operate its 'Winter Sunday Service' schedule from Thursday, but it has made some other changes.
Cash will no longer be accepted as a form of payment, in a further effort to try and stop the spread of coronavirus.
Customers will be required to pay by contactless or Go Cards.
The £2 fee for a Go Card is being temporarily waived and they can be picked up from the following locations: Douglas Ticket Hall (this facility will move to Lord Street Police Station in the following days); Ramsey bus depot and Port Erin Railway Station.
Go cards can also be purchased and topped up online by visiting bus.im/gocards
For further information and advice, call 662525.
Meanwhile, the reduced school bus service provided for children of key workers will no longer run because the was no demand for it on Wednesday.
