20-year-old entered not guilty pleas and will stand trial
A Castletown man has appeared in court after being accused of producing drugs to the Isle of Man.
Jordan Joseph Halligan-Bunce entered not guilty pleas to two offences.
The 20-year-old, of Bromet Road, allegedly produced cannabis, and cannabis vapes, on or about 17 November last year.
Committal proceedings, where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery, will take place on 25 April; he’s been bailed until then.
Update: A five-day trial is due to start at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on 18 November 2024.
Update: Halligan-Bunce will appear before the Court of General Gaol Delivery for sentence on 22 January 2025.
