35-year-old was caught drug driving in 2022
A Castletown man has told to work with the probation service for 12 months.
Ross Jordan McCulloch, of Kissack Road, was originally sentenced to a community service order after being caught drug driving in February 2022.
The 35-year-old was found to have breached that order by failing to attend on his assigned days.
The court heard there was a lack of capacity from the community service team, after one of its busses crashed, and his assigned day clashed with custody arrangements for his children.
Magistrates revoked his original sentence and resentenced him to a probation order.
