Local firms facing a tough few months, fears business owner
The Island's catering industry relies on TT to survive through the winter months.
That's the view of one local firm which has previously operated at the Grandstand during TT fortnight.
Betty Pie Company had to pause its renovation work at the former Murray's Motorbike Museum at the Bungalow due to coronavirus, delaying its opening and halting plans to hire two full-time members of staff.
Vicky Quirk from the business believes losing the busiest two weeks of the year has left the sector facing a tough few months:
