Ballasalla Primary School is celebrating 70 years of the current school building today. (15 July)
An open event is being held in the school hall from 3:30pm until 7pm with photographs and memorabilia on display spanning the past seven decades.
Manx Radio has been speaking to Headteach Jamie Cox, teacher Hannah Drewett and Site Manager Donna, and Year 2 student, Millie:
Pupils today are marking the occasion with a special school dinner and wearing fancy dress.
