Island pays more than other Crown Dependencies
The Celtic League's calling on the Government to renegotiate its deal with the United Kingdom over how much it pays for defence and international representation.
The issue was recently raised in Westminster where it was revealed, that since 2015, the Isle of Man has paid £18.5m whereas the other Crown Dependencies contributed around a third of that total for similar services.
The Island's Treasury Minister David Ashford says there are no plans to change the agreement whch has been in place since 1994.
